Quaker Farmers lost for 130 years

The Farmer line originally was Quaker. They dispersed with the persecutions they received.

I am looking for my Farmer line that may have come out of N.C. perhaps Raleigh area then to Georgia - perhaps the area around Marietta, Ga. then to Paducah, Ky. where my line is traceable to William Peter Farmer:

William Peter Farmer b 1864 in unknown place. May have had one brother, Andrew who moved to Arkansas, and a brother or father named John or Paul or John Paul - the father would be born about 1840.

William Peter had 3 sons:
William Henry,
John Chester,
and Earl Keyster.

I am hoping the 3 male names were family names which may help me tie me into a Farmer line if someone could recognize the children's names or middle names as belonging to their line.

We have been lost from our Farmer family for 130 years. I don't have enough to go on to connect to any family.

William Allen Farmer (my great grandfather), went missing around 1933. He was reported to have left home to go search for an escaped hardened criminal, but he never came home.

He was around 65 years old at this time. He's found in the 1930 Census living in Chalybeate Springs Township, Meriwether County, GA. William's son, James (Jim) Ware Farmer was my grandfather.

If you can help connect the missing pieces of this Farmer family puzzle, please contact me.

John Gideon Farmer

I am trying to find the John Gideon Farmer line. John Gideon Farmer (born 2/10/1896 Blytheville, Arkansas-died 11/6/1969 Columbia, TN) married Magdalena Harvey (1923) He had a sister Harriet Farmer married Sam Smith who survived him, a sister Betsy, and a brother Gene who had 9 children.

John Gideon was son of John (believe middle name also Gideon) Farmer and Matilda Price Farmer (later married Crow). This John Farmer died at age of 46, so son did not use Jr. designation.

His father (name unknown) married a Cherokee Indian named Bawana ? or something similar). He came to America from Ireland with 3 brothers during the potato famine.

Any help would be appreciated. Contact Pamela Farmer
