One Township Two & Range Twn in the county of Miami in the state of Ohio and
all the estate right title interest claim and demand of them the said William
Tyler & Judah his wife of in and to the said premises and every part therof
Together with all and singular the priveleges & appurentances to the same
belonging on any wise apppertaingin and the rents issued and profits thereof
to have and to hold. The premises hereby bargained and sold or meant or
intended so to be with the appurtenances to the only proper use and behoof the
said Mathew Farmer his heirs and assigns forever and the said William Tyler

Matthew Farmers will and Testament

Be it Remembered that I Matthew Farmer Being weak in body but of sound and
perfect mind and memory Blessed be Almighty God for the same. Do make and
publish this my last will and testament In manner and form following that is
to say First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margaret Farmer sixty
acres of land whereon I now live - Being in the State of Ohio Miami County
Elizabeth Township in the north part of Section one and in the north west
quarter of the said quarter further I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife
all the goods chattles household and furniture and all other whatsoever I hold
and to dispose of as she sees prop. During her life time at her death the land
and all other goods and chattles to be sold and be equally divided between
John Farmer - Nancy Mason - Mary Shurrum - Elizabeth Black and Jane Farmer
widow of William Farmer further for my heirs to have the liberty to sell the
land goods and chattles between themselves as they see proper after my beloved
wife Margaret Farmers' death. I hereby appoint no other Executors of this my
last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made - in
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the eighteenth day of
August in the year of our one thousand eight hundred and thirty four Matthew
