Know all men by these present that we Solomon Bennett & Margaret Bennett wife
of the said Solomon formerly Margaret Farmer in consideration of the Sum of
ten dollars in hand paid by Adam Black of the county of Miami and State of
Ohio do hereby remise release and forever grant claim unto the said Adam Black
his heirs and assigns forever all our little interest and estate legal and
equitable on the following premises to it Sixty acres in the northwest
quarter of section number one (1) of township two (2) of range ten (10)
between the Miami River said track being the farm formerly occupied by Matthew
Farmer late of said county of Miami deceased and the right .... & interest
hereby conveyed or ...... be conveyed being ..... all than portion or interest
